Designed to appeal to an über rich clientele, this limited edition coffee table book design is an elaborate work of art and features specialist paper voiles and premium printing techniques.

Concept development for the luxury property brochure included prototypes using shagreen (stingray skin). We even experimented with crocodile skin and gold leaf!
