SO were commissioned to design this luxury property sales brochure to showcase just one prestigious £64 million home in London. Designed to appeal to an über rich clientele, this limited edition coffee table book is an elaborate work of art and features specialist paper voiles and premium printing techniques.

Concept development for the luxury property brochure included prototypes using shagreen (stingray skin). We even experimented with crocodile skin and gold leaf!
