Luxury property branding for exclusive penthouse apartment

Trafalgar one comprises four superbly specified lateral apartments and one extraordinary penthouse all directly overlooking London’s most iconic landmark. As well as the brand identity design, luxury brochure design and marketing collateral for the development as a whole, we were also asked to create the bespoke, luxury property branding and visual identity for the penthouse apartment.

The clock face on the exterior of the historic Canadian Pacific building was our inspiration for the luxury property branding – a clock face that now conceals a luxury wet room in the penthouse apartment. Following the logo development we went on to design and print a hard-backed luxury property brochure to assist the property developer in the sale of the Penthouse apartment.
