Trafalgar One is a bespoke development of four highly-specified contemporary apartments and one penthouse in Trafalgar Square, London. As well as creating a property marketing suite for the apartments we were also asked to create a separate luxury property brochure to differentiate the penthouse from the apartments below.
Produced in an A4 landscape, hard backed format, the chocolate brown, cloth-bound cover is foiled with a bespoke logo
The clock face on the exterior of the historic building was our inspiration for the luxury property branding – a clock face that now conceals a luxury wet room in the penthouse apartment
Several bronze ‘short pages’ were included in a contrasting, uncoated paper stock
